Design Assemblies manufacture in both Metric & Imperial sizes and can offer a wide range of finishes to suit applications and increasing legislative requirements. We also produce hundreds of hybrid designs and unique specials, designed & manufactured to our customer’s own requirements.


Our In-house tooling design and manufacture enables us to react quickly to customer demands on new projects. This is due to the unique design of our Multipart tooling, which allows us to quickly develop prototype fasteners for trial and testing in new applications. This also enables us to produce low to medium volume production runs at economical prices. We also keep high stock levels of standard SPIRE® parts such as cage nuts, U Nuts & Cable Edge Clips, ensuring that the largest to the smallest orders can be delivered on time anywhere in the world.
